• Launch Boom & select your camera

• Launch Teams & select Boom as your video input

• Turn off any Teams video enhancements

Launch Boom & configure your video input

1. Launch Boom and select your Camera (1).

💡 Note: Your camera choice will only need to be set the first time you launch Boom or if your camera device has changed.

2. Launch Teams and jump into your settings by clicking the gear icon (1).

3. Under “Camera” (2) select Boom Camera.
   
   

4. Click “Background Filters” (1) and select “None” (2) . This will ensure that Boom’s overlays appear on your calls.
   
   

   

   
   

5. You may notice that your Boom overlays may appear backwards/flipped in your video tile. This is completely normal. Only you will see the overlays like this, anyone else on the call will see your overlays the way they are supposed to appear.
   
   To keep it simple, just remember that the other participants on the call will always see your video feed exactly as it appears on the Boom Canvas or Boom Mirror.
